All session deposits are for the sole purpose of holding your date. Once that spot is filled, it cannot be scheduled by another client. Therefore, unless cancelled by photographer all deposits are non refundable. In the event you cannot make your session, the deposit can be used towards a future date.

 

Once a session has been cancelled twice, deposit cannot be used towards a future session. 

 

Any session scheduled with a no show will forfeit deposit. Emergencies will certainly be an exception.

 

Emails will be answered within 48 hours Monday through Friday. Exceptions would be vacation or holidays.
